The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the subway station. And let me tell you, the staff there are like superheroes! They were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Plus, I was blown away by the 24-hour KFC and McDonald's right below the hotel, perfect for late-night cravings. The payment options were a tad limited, but that didn't bother me much, especially since the gym had everything I needed for my workouts. my stay was mind-blowing and I can't wait to come back!

I find that counter staff are not vigilant and friendly. But instead bell boy do more than what they should do.

As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the convenient location near shops and a metro station. The staff was friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The rooms, while a bit dated, provided cozy accommodations with especially comfortable beds. We will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.

Good location, good service, enough comfort

The rooms are large and very cofortable. The staff is very good (in spite of very poor English). Chinese restorant is the hotel - is exelent. There is the hair beauty salon - very good and very cheap:)))

Be carefull when come to check in. We've spent 45 min of our time when came to the hotel as they requsted rate room for 30 USD higher for each room than was confirmed by Booked.net. And you could simply may miss it as the rate they've indicated was in RNB. But finally they did acoording the booking confirmation. Breakfas could be better but not bad at all.

The hotel's convenient location above an underground train station and surrounded by digital malls was perfect for shopping and exploring. The complimentary coffee and super fast WIFI were a great addition. The housekeeper's honesty and kindness in returning a forgotten diamond ring made me feel safe and touched. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

I like the cleanliness,repose and good manner and arrangment of your hotel.

We (from middle east) are accustomed with washing ourself after each usage of WC with water but in your WC is missing a hose with shower and we were forced to go to bathroom towash us with difficulty so if you can attach a hose with shower to your Wc will be axcellent.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic; right next to the subway station and surrounded by markets selling electronics. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. Transportation was a breeze, with easy access to the city center and beautiful parks just a short walk away.

All the hotel restaurants are closed at 10 pm. Buffet breakfast and dinner are poor - it is better to use the restaurant outside.

The rooms were very comfortable, and clean. Beside that the location in the city is very convienant if you want to make some shopping..althoug it's a bit busy and crowded area.

You have to be sure that you are gettting what you asked for. I booked a higher class room so that it comes with a window, and to over look the TianHe street. But although my room came with a window alright, it was over looking an extremly filthy cilling of somting in the hotel, Don't know what.. And it wasn't over looking the TianHe street of course....!!! But since I was only staying for one night, I didn't care to bring it up. But I thought I should give over travlers a bit of advise..Because as you all know communication is not very easy in china.

the room which is without windows is bad smiling and very small, I have asked them to change it but they informed me there is no any room available even I checked on the Booked.net, I found they have room available. by the way the different cost between the room with and without windows is very small.
